Por los razonamientos de hecho y de derecho anteriormente expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DEL MUNICIPIO MUÑOZ DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO APURE, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la presente SOLICITUD DE DIVORCIO fundamentada en el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano.- SEGUNDO: Como consecuencia del dispositivo anterior queda disuelto el vínculo Matrimonial que une a los ciudadanos IGNACIO BRIGIDO OROPEZA Y SULMEN AYAJAIRA LLOVERA, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° V-4.943.271 y 6.938.525, respectivamente, según Acta Nº 05, de los libros de matrimonios llevados por Registro Civil de la Parroquia Mantecal Municipio Muñoz del Estado Apure, en fecha veinticuatro (24) de Febrero del año Mil Novecientos Noventa y Cinco (1995), (Negrita y subrayado del tribunal).
