III. DISPOSITIVA. Por los razonamientos de hecho y de derecho anteriormente expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DEL MUNICIPIO MUÑOZ DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO APURE, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la presente SOLICITUD DE DIVORCIO fundamentada en el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano.- SEGUNDO: Como consecuencia del dispositivo anterior queda disuelto el vínculo Matrimonial que une a los ciudadanos RAMON DE JESUS CONTRERAS ROMAN Y ANGELA SUHAYDEE MARTINEZ MARTINEZ, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° V- 15.146.008 y V-16.511.360, según Acta Nº 01, de los libros de matrimonios llevados por ante la Junta Parroquial del Municipio Muñoz del Estado Apure, en fecha Cinco (05) de Mayo del año Dos Mil seis (2006).- (Negrita y subrayado del tribunal). Por los razonamientos de hecho y de derecho anteriormente expuestos, ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DEL MUNICIPIO MUÑOZ DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO APURE, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la presente SOLICITUD DE DIVORCIO fundamentada en el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano.- SEGUNDO: Como consecuencia del dispositivo anterior queda disuelto el vínculo Matrimonial que une a los ciudadanos JHONNY RAFAEL BLANCO ARACA Y EUNILSE COLUMBA CORDOVA DE BLANCO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° V- 6.996.478 y 9.877.144, según Acta Nº 09, de los libros de matrimonios llevados por ante la Primera Autoridad de la Parroquia Mantecal, antiguo Distrito Muñoz del Estado Apure, en fecha veintinueve (29) de Abril del año Mil Novecientos Ochenta y Nueve (1989), (Negrita y subrayado del tribunal).
