V DISPOSITIVA Son las razones por las cuales este JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA AGRARIA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO APURE Y DEL MUNICIPIO ARISMENDI DEL ESTADO BARINAS, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECIDE: PRIMERO: Se declara el SOBRESEIMIENTO y por tanto NIEGA la SOLICITUD DE JUSTIFICATIVO DE PERPETUA MEMORIA (TITULO SUPLETORIO) realizada por el ciudadano JOSE CARMELO POLANCO, venezolano mayor de edad y Titular de la Cedula de Identidad N° V-9.870.448 debidamente asistido por la Abogada MARIA LAURA CARRILLO DE BELLO, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la Cedula de identidad V-13.652.897 e inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 137.773, sobre un lote de terreno denominado "El Guasimito II", ubicado en el Sector Guasimito, Parroquia Urbana Achaguas, Municipio Achaguas del Estado Apure, cuya superficie de Terreno es de DOSCIENTAS CINCUENTA Y CINCO HECTÁREAS CON TRES MIL CIENTO TRES METROS .....
