DISPOSITIVA ESTE JUZGADO SEGUNDO DEL MUNICIPIO MUÑOZ DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO APURE, EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECLARA: "SIN LUGAR", la solicitud de Cumplimiento de Bono Escolar formulada por la ciudadana MARIA CRISTINA MARTINEZ, en su condición de madre y representante legal de sus hijos ESTHER MARIEXI, JHONATAN JOSUE, NELSON YONARDI, RUT MARI y NELIZABETH TOVAR MARTINEZ, en contra del Ciudadano NELSON RUBEN TOVAR. En virtud del anterior dispositivo el ciudadano NELSON RUBEN TOVAR, nada adeuda por concepto de bono escolar y así se declara. Déjese copia certificada en el copiador de sentencia, de conformidad con el artículo 248 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Publíquese y Regístrese.
