DISPOSITIVA: Por todos los argumentos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA AGRARIA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO APURE, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECIDE: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR la demanda por ACCIÓN INTERDICTAL POR DESPOJO A LA POSESIÓN AGRARIA Y DAÑOS A LA PROPIEDAD AGRARIA, intentada por el ciudadano NESTOR SAEL CASTILLO BETANCOURT, venezolano, mayor de edad, Titular de la Cedula de Identidad N° V- 8.195.307, contra los ciudadanos EDGAR RAFAEL CASTILLO BETANCOURT Y CARMEN JOSEFINA SANCHEZ, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cedulas de identidad Nros. V-8.196.330 y 16.510.318.- SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas. TERCERO: Se ordena la notificación de las partes en el presente proceso en virtud de que la Sentencia fue proferida fuera del lapso establecido, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 251 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
