DISPOSITIVA: Por todos los argumentos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA AGRARIA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO APURE Y MUNICIPIO ARISMENDI DEL ESTADO BARINAS, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECIDE: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR la demanda por INDEMNIZACIÓN DE DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS DERIVADOS DE LA ACTIVIDAD AGRARIA, intentada por los ciudadanos PEDRO RAMÓN MONTILLA TOVAR Y MARTÍN JOSÉ MONTILLA TOVAR, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nrosº V-24.838.240 y 24.838.290, domiciliados en la parroquia Mantecal Municipio Muñoz del Estado Apure, contra el ciudadano DIONESTOR DEL CARMEN COLMENAREZ, venezolano, mayor de edad titular de la cedula de identidad N°: V-5.358.084. SEGUNDO: Se condena en costas a la parte demandante por haber sido vencida totalmente, todo ello según el criterio sostenido en sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Superior Agrario de los Estado Apu.....
