D I S P O S I T I V A Por todos los argumentos antes explanados, este JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA AGRARIA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO APURE, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECIDE: PRIMERO: LA PERENCIÓN DE LA INSTANCIA POR PERDIDA DEL INTERÉS DEL ACTOR el Abg. ALCIDE RAMON URBINA GARCIA, venezolano, titular de la cedula de identidad Nro. 12.579.772, inscrito en el INPREABOGADO bajo el Nro. 90.961, en su condición de Apoderado de los ciudadanos ERICK LEONARDO GUILLEN. SERGIO DAVID MEDINA RIVAS Y RAFAEL JOSE LOGGIODICE ROSALES, venezolanos, titulare de las cedula de identidad Nros.
